Act Second LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy to co-lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This senior role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive client growth. Identify key market opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with company objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Enhance brand positioning and drive brand loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Drive integrated marketing initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with Act Second clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies that deliver results. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative marketing techniques to ensure Act Second remains a leader in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, with at least two years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native or Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US.
  • Experience with Financial companies, D2C and/or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
