To support our dynamic growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Growth to join our team. This senior role will oversee the development and execution of growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing efforts, and ensuring the scalability of our business operations.

  • Growth Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies that align with company goals. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across various channels and platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to optimize growth strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies, leveraging digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and other channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, including personalized marketing, customer segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use this information to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track growth metrics and KPIs. Prepare and present detailed reports on growth performance, insights, and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team. Ensure transparent and consistent communication regarding growth initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US.
  • Experience with D2C and/or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
