We are looking for an Associate Graphic Designer with a discerning eye and elevated aesthetic who can visually bring brands to life across print and digital media mediums. We are a lean team in a quickly-evolving industry, so someone who can conceptualize a billboard, execute design for a pitch deck, design and develop a newsletter all while analyzing and resolving design challenges will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Support team in the production of design drafts and mock-ups and engage in collaborative design solutions to complex problems
- Work closely with creative support specialists, creative projects managers, and director of design to develop consistent, engaging and timely deliverables for various platforms including marketing emails, social content, presentations, and web layouts
- Adhere to style standards based on client style guide and/or branding
- Participate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team meetings, and other internal meetings, as needed.
- Maintain high-level of organization for print and digital files and materials

- Broad range of design skills to work across ecommerce and digital marketing platforms

- Photo Editing and Retouching skills required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of brand or agency design experience
- Online portfolio and samples of work must be provided
- Fluent in English
- Able to work EST business hours
- Comfortable in a Mac based environment
- Proficiency with Figma required
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote required
- Understanding of branding, typography, and social media
- Strict attention to detail
