Act Second LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to support our Account Management services. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong client focus, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Support & Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams. Ensure all parties are aligned on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and any issues that arise. Prepare reports and presentations as needed to update clients and senior management on project status.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and taking detailed notes. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Account Management team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively. Escalate complex issues to senior account managers as necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US.
  • Experience with project management tools (Notion, Monday, Asana…). 
  • Experience with D2C and/or ecommerce brands. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
